White House continues to ban camera's during press briefings....so people can't see their lying lips moving. SMFH
Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders gave another off-camera briefing to the White press core. She was peppered with questions regarding Donald Trump Jr.s emails, that clearly show the campaign's eagerness to collude with the Russian government. She was also questioned about the report of President Trumps' role in approving Don Jr.s initial lie on the June 2016 meeting.
Trump Jr's Changing Excuses
She offered no explanations. Her statements ranged from: "I haven't spoken to the President" to "I don't know" to " Well look at Hillary Clinton. That's the real story."
Sanders used a significant portion of the briefing to actually repeat the fake news generated by Russian trolls and retweeted/repeated by President Trump, as a candidate.
One of her allegations/lies was that Clinton as Secretary of State sold 1/5 of America's Uranium to Russia. This only gained traction among the most gullible of Bernie Sunders and Trump supporters. It disregards the following obvious facts.
- Uranium is not allowed to be exported out of the country.
- The U.S. actually imports Uranium because of the inferior quality of native resources.
- Peter Schweizer, Breitbart editor-at-large and author of Clinton Cash, first published this lie and admitted, more than once, that Clinton did not have the authority to approve or veto any such transaction.
Sander's next junk statement was that Bill Clinton colluded with Russia by giving a speech to a Russian bank.
Without cameras, it is difficult to relate the desperation of the White House to change the subject away from their own treasonous actions. To Sander's credit, she is doing her best to project as much desperation as possible.
